The UHD DIGISUPER 122 is a premium 4K broadcast lens that supports 2/3-inch cameras. Boasting an astounding 122x optical zoom that covers focal length range from 8.2mm (wide-angle end) to 1000mm (telephoto end; up to 2000mm with the built-in 2x extender), this lens promises dramatic footage of sports and documentaries. 4K performance is further supported by dependable image stabilization (IS), which reduces vibration over a wide range of frequencies and accurately identifies panning, making it possible to use the lens with IS always on. A new feature, “Bokeh Effect”, has been added to the lens, allowing the cameraman to have servo control over the focus on the wide end of the image with the use of an optional macro controller.

A specialized “Novel Look” modification is also available, which replaces the internal 1.5x magnifier with a custom optical unit to achieve a cinematic, shallow depth-of-field look typically difficult on 2/3-inch broadcast cameras.
